AFA X(2010) Details

Pretty much everything that needs to be up are already up there. I still wanna give some thoughts and comments to everything.

This is the 3rd year of AFA(Hopefully still got 1 more to go before we change location…). Af 2 years of wildness, i will say this is the most anticipated event for myself every year as its most commercialize and of course with the Anison performance. Without fail it has been a joyful event for 2 years already and this year without fail we got it again.

Lets go on to the guests and artists :D.

Guests

Kaname returns again, for the fangals…O well he is the most popular cosplayer af all and i think, too, that his cosplay are detail and nice. Of course welcome bak to SG ^_^.

Milky Holmes! Er well i m not so much into them but af seeing them af Animelo, i find that their singing is ok to below avg…But well i will like to hear that Ame agari live hehe. Most importantly, plz sign on my empty MH cards with all 4 of ur signature so it can jump 100 times the price >.<.

Woot, Danny is bak. I hope for my 2nd photo with him together ^_^. And of course i think hes most probably will do the MC for most of the events yea.

Hanazawa Kana, voiced too many characters to tok abt and more leads coming in autumn. Roles such as Kanade, Kobato, Aoi etc… Of course her voice is kind of soft and angelic but its always the same lol. Her nickname is helium gal btw >.<. At least we get to see a top notch seiyuu do some voicing compared to the crappy one i did at Yoyogi Animation School T_T. I can predicted those Mainstream ppl going “KANADE!!!” or “TENSHI!!!” or wadever.

Activities/Zone/Booths

Tok abt booths 1st, i think most probably will be like last year, where the same booths in SG gather there to sell their stuff again. Shops like KKnM, BT, RC, NKDS etc.

Cospa will be there again, selling their Cospa related items. Probably nothing for me since shirts i have one whole ton already and don think any other thinks will appeal to be since i have already went to cospa main shop in Akiba already…

Bushiroad will be here again. Most probably selling the same old stuff and trying to propa new players in. Mayb to promote CHAOS? I duno but it should be quite a big area i think.

Of course WS WGP, i m most probably in for the prelims if they count by point, by from there on is the tough part. My aim is still top 16 so i can say to myself that i have done myself proud for something…at least.

Since theres a Maid Cafe, sure those fujoushi wans a butler one… So well there u go, with guys serving u…

This year’s maid cafe theme is School Day, where the fk is Makoto’s head??!! O well anyway i will not go inside here for no reason lol.

 

Gundam 00 movie! I wanna watch it since 00 S2 ending doesnt tell anything. But well i will reconsider on this since i will get it on t***ent soon. But hey its like a few days before the DVD or BD sells in Japan rite. But if they do a Nanoha i will consider but its too long away so… O ya Haruhi movie will also be shown, which i don even care lol.

Of course theres all the Cosplay competition again blah blah blah…

Now for the most important thing…I LOVE ANISON!

I love Anison

This Year’s theme is ANISON NO TAMASHIIII!!!!! And of course we cant do without ANIKI again! I m not a real fan of his but his songs do get stuck inside my mind sometimes like Mazinger Z, Combattler V OP, Jeeg OP etc. Hmm…He is really one of the best uncle in asia, i doubt anyone can beat him in singing lol. So again we have Aniki for ourselves!

Now for the most important part of this whole Anison concert its…

OMFG, JAM PROJECT!!! Its a dream come true for me! Seeing them in my home base is like WTFFF>>>!!!???!!! Since like the age of 10 i have been listening to their songs(No joke, think SRW:AG PS1,Hagane no Messiah onwards), its really a great thing that they came. Although i have been too impatient to wait for them so i went to them at Anisama 2010. They are really great singers, every single one of them. So i would most probably see them again this time, jus like a few months af Anisama. Of course i need to consider my budget…BUT i will get front rows for them for sure ^_^.

Since Aniki is with JAM again, i wish for Hagane no Messiah, the song that so call brought me into thier Anison world lol. O and if JAM is coming, most probably Live band for them, May’n and angela since they played all of their songs at Anisama. We can jus pray…

Both of them will be at Day 1 of the Anison Concert which last around 3hrs.

Now for Day 2…

May’n again! Woo if i go again this time will be 3rd time seeing her. Af 09’s and at Anisama. Hmm i look forward to Ready go! and of course some of her new songs again. I need to reconsider either this or Day 1 lol. But then again af Anisama, shes really a very good singer. The Sousei Duet with Minorin is like OMFG WOOHOOO kind of thing.

 

Wooo! angela is comin?! Imbal is imbal! As for them i don really know much of their song but of course af Anisama, Atsuko’s voice is god drag like i mention before in my previous post. I will go there jus to sing the Aoi Haru part that i wanna sing: “SEISHUN NO HIBI YOOOOO!!!” But of course i like some of their songs like gravitation, aoi haru etc. In my consideration so don worry >.<.

Not to be cold but i really duno abt them…

All of them will be on Day 2 of the concert!

Tickets details

This year’s entry ticket will be split into 2 types, basically to be straight, one type for ppl who care abt the stage event and the other for ppl who don.

Festival Only Access–> $8/day. Get access to anywhere in the event except for stage related events.

Festival and Stage access–>$15/day. Get access to anything in the event, the diff is with the stage events of course :D.

Lets say someone wanna go for stage events for only bought festival tix only, u can top up $10 to change it into a Omni ticket.

I love Anison tickets details

This year will no longer have any free access to the cocnert like last year. Most probably is to fence off some random uncle or auntie from coming in… And of course it will be split into 2 types again.

Standing tickets–> $55/day(either day) + Festival and stage tickets. U get to stand behind the barrier to see them perform. Of course this suxs, but seriously think Anisama: Ppl can pay like $100 plus and still get Arena F which is crap seats. Wads more?! Its like 50m away from the stage and i m not kidding…

Stage seats–> Theres a $198 VIP pass for both day of concert, 2 lightsticks, and 2 day festival and stage entry. So basically its like only $168 for 2 days aka $84 per day only. This is really for the hardcore ppl lol.

Theres also 1-day VIP pass at $118, 1 lightstick, 1 day festival and stage tixs. Counted as $103 for concert. This is for those who only wanna see one side, like me. This is also wad i bought last year, though last year was cheaper lol.

Sales haven been started and more details will be ltr. Pretty much i think its Sistics again ba. If its Sistics again then i can do my trick again hehe…

Last comments

When i saw JAM Project name i was like woohooo!! Really i think their are the ppl of Anison and without them is no fun :(. So pretty much happy that they came. angela was another surprise. Aniki and May’n well kind of tired of them already so… Pretty much the hype is still there for those JAM fans and May’n fan i will say.

As for Voicing side, I was a bit surprise that Kana came as per popularity every year. They tend to aim wads popular this year and get who. Like last year we got K-on bu and this year Kanade. So i was a bit of shocked >.<. But i heard theres one more surprise :D, who knows ^_*.

Although the tixs price increase again, ppl will be complaining here and there again. But hey, its once a year, cant u jus spend the money and get over it really. I spend tons of hundred every month to buy stuff and i didnt complaint… Its a kind of boosting economy also rite lol. And the no free entry to Stage and Concert is a well-done move. Stage as in we don wan any random anutie to get a K-on sign lol. Concert as in we don wan any parasites behind…

I was wishing for some higher lvl ppl to come but too bad we are not of their capability yet. But this year Starchild boss will be here. Of course everyone knows who is under Starchild. So if we put up something for him to see, we might get to see HER nxt year ^_^. So i will keep my fingers crossed. Sphere didnt come, FUCK. Too bad Bokudan is more of a important thing to them really, so i will say its ok. Of course ppl were saying y no Seiyuu-singer, mayb its jus they cant get >.<. No choice.

P.S Some morons were dreaming of King Princess to come lmfao.
